You guys have had me laughing out loud at a lot of these, mostly because I can relate!

Quirks:
I cannot sleep in utter silence. I need "white noise" like a fan or my hepa filter running
I cannot sleep if there is any light at all seeping into the room
I have to sleep on the left hand side of the bed, or I won't sleep
I have to read before I sleep, no matter how late it is or how tired I am, because I won't sleep well if I don't read
hmmm...seems like I have sleeping issues...
I bite my nails too, but only when I'm upset or stressed out, which is most of the time
