Thanks Miz Anna, and I am still being good with the bone. And my Mum has promised me she will get me a new one - a meaty filled one she said, I am really looking forward to that! - trouble is she won`t be going into town until next week!

Hi, Nebo! I don`t think I would be able to change your Mom`s mind about getting you a bone.
You see my Mum says she has always given her dogs a bone to chew on and they never had any problems (the only reason I didn`t get one till now is that once, when I was a silly pup, I snarled and went to bite her when she took the bone away ) So, she doesn`t worry as much about it as some others humans do. Though she said it does have to be the right type, one like I got now or something called a knuckle bone (if I gets one of them I`ll ask mum to take a picture)
But your Mom is not being mean or anything by not getting you one, it`s just that some humans think that real bones can do us harm, so I expect it is because Miz Amy thinks that way too that she doesn`t give you a bone. And you know what she and the others could be right, I just hope that it`s not me that proves them right and my mum wrong!
