I voted for the Bernese and my daughter will probably kill me! She will be adopting a Swissie in July. Her little cutie was just born on May 15th. We went to a Swissie Dog Show earlier this month and met so many awesome dogs. There were 3-4 Bernese Mt. Dogs there too and they were just gorgeous! They were like big furry teddy bears. Their lifespan is way too short so I couldn't handle owning one very well for that reason. There was a Swissie at this event who was 12 yrs. old so that was very encouraging. I know I will fall in love with my new granddog once I meet her though - in about 6 weeks.
