I didn't get to the pet talk meeting until late due to the baby shower I had to go to but it seemed that everyone had a good time. I thought the dogs would be all wore out before we got there with Snoopy, Jack and Taggert but that was not the case. There was lots of energy left for mine to plug into. Molly and Mike were just getting ready to leave - it was almost 4:00 before we were able to get there. But I got to peak at the 6 dogs they brought and pet Billie because he had not been loaded up yet.

I was a little worried how Jack would do with so many dogs but with Mike and Molly leaving everyone was outside the dog park having a group picture taken when we got there. A few people at a time went back into the area so Jack didn't have to meet everyone at once but could get use to a few at a time. He seemed to do well with all of them. A "stranger" to the pet talk group was there - Hunter, a long haired pointer and he and Jack did not seem to get along too well. But Jack listens pretty well and it didn't seem to hard to keep them apart.

As usual Taggert did his best to aggravate Graham. I guess because he knows that Graham doesn't like it and will turn and growl at him. Taggert picks and picks and picks. He needs someone to knock him down once and then maybe he would learn.

Snoopy would beg Kia to chase him and then when Kia would get a little too close, he would duck under the picnic table as if to say that it was safe territory. And when Kia would walk away, out would come Snoopy and start it all over.

All the dogs had more treats than you can possibly imagine. Dog treats and people treats! Left over hot dogs, cookies, and a sausage biscuit from McDonalds ( is that right, Phred?).

Since most the dogs were there quite a bit longer than mine, I am sure they will all be worn out. Snoopy however, has not completely worn down. Amy stopped on the way home and her 3 were completely wiped out. Snoopy and Jack were rough housing though and Taggert had to pick at whoever didn't want him around.

Another great outing in Findlay - great day for all!!!
