I treat my video files the same as a picture file - except you need to link to the file instead of inlining (placing it right in the message) it. And I try to reduce them to a reasonable size so people on dial-up can see them without waitng and hour for it to download - I use Windows Movie Maker (comes with Win XP) to compress them down.
