Now, how about a good healthy breakfast?
Cut various fresh fruit (bite size)

    banana
    pear
    strawberry
    melon
grapes (stonefree, or remove the stones)
    passion fruit (scrape it out)
    plum
    rashberry
cherry (cut in half and remove stone)

Of course, you don't have to use all of these, just the ones you like and can get.

Now, pour all this into a bowl and pour yougurt naturel, stirred with a spoonful of honey, over it. Yum!!

    How about "Dickie's Drinkies"
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Understand, before I say this, that I grew up in the South...deep south, and my first husband loved to hunt and fish. One of the little towns, outside of our hometown where they did a lot of hunting and fishing in the wee hours of the morning was called Mayesville. Still is! Anyway, they got the bright idea of having a morning cocktail, but instead of having a traditional Bloody Mary, they had a "Mayesville Mary", yep Bloody Mary mix with a Budweiser! I thought I would never hear of that anywhere else!!!

That certainly has a ring to it. Or maybe it could be called "Here's Mud in your Eye! or "Chug a Lug! or "Bottom of the Glass!
