Now, how about a good healthy breakfast?
Cut various fresh fruit (bite size)
banana
pear
strawberry
melon
grapes (stonefree, or remove the stones)
passion fruit (scrape it out)
plum
rashberry
cherry (cut in half and remove stone)
Of course, you don't have to use all of these, just the ones you like and can get.
Now, pour all this into a bowl and pour yougurt naturel, stirred with a spoonful of honey, over it. Yum!!![]()
