Aly, I can't say I would go to PetsMart for grooming again. I took Tucker once for just a bath. Every store is different and it comes down to the competance of the individual groomer who is doing the work, but my experience just had a lot of red flags to it. I'm glad Reece came out okay, but I prefer to stick to a place where the same people will be doing the dog. You are right, everybody should know what a puppy cut for a poodle is. My current groomer is so wonderful. She owns the business and does all the work herself and because of that only has a couple dogs there at the same time. My dogs get to know her and she knows them. Even Hannah gets credited with good behavior.
