Abbey is our vomiter. She throws up that yellow stuff too--sometimes early in the morning--usually before she eats if she is hungry--I don't know why, but after she eats then she is fine.
Ditto for upchucking the yellow bile and an occasional meal (which is then reingested ). I feed my dogs twice a day and they get a cookie before bed. They eat really early in the morning, which is helpful. Doesn't sound like anything to worry about just yet.
