This guy is one cool cat. I go to the pound on a regular basis just to pet the animals and stuff. (I know, I am wierd.) Anyways, I pet all the animals there but Ron. He looked so big and mean with his goatee. One of the volunteers told me he wasn't as mean as he looked, so I got the nerve to take him out of the cage. He wound up stealing my heart right then and there. He was five or six years old at the time, but I didn't care. Kitten or not, he was coming home with me. He's funny about food. He has to make sure his bowl is filled with food at all times. He knocks on the bathroom door when I am in the shower in the morning. One time, I forgot to feed him the night before...I was talking a shower and I heard this loud thumping sound. I yelled at my husband, "Stop messing around, you are going to break the door!" I thought it was him. Then I hear "BAM!" THe door comes flying open. Ron jumps in the shower with me, and goes "MEOW!" He wanted his food, and he wanted it now! Our other cat is real mangy, she never cleans herself. When we got Ron, she started looking good. We thought that Ron had taught her good habits, until one day we caught him cleaning her. She lays on the bed and he washes her everyday.
