Yes, I have a permit, We got frankie at the tortoise rescue so he was licensed and we got the pemit for him when we got him. As for the babies, we sent in paperwork for them, they sent us a certificate saying this is your permit, and they sent us tags to stick on them, that says Fish and Game Wildlife Rescue.
