the state vet society needs to know about this behavior asap. it is a serious breach of ethics for a vet to harm an animal, and you need to file a complaint to prevent some other animal from being hurt.

I think the jerk needs to have a good scare put into him... maybe on a very dark night on the way to his car when he's alone... just a good scare and nothing else. like 3 or 4 people going up to him, having a few words with him, like letting him know they know his address, saying his address to him, something like that. just to scare the hell out of him, maybe then he wouldn't feel like such a "big man" bullying a poor animal.. the jerk how dare he treat an animal like that!
