If she's not eating anything then that can be a big problem.

Was Thelmer starved before her spay? I ask because rabbits and rodents cannot vomit and therefore should not be starved. Starving for any length of time can have a derimental effect on the gut and stop it working properly.

Is she eating ok now? Have you tried offering her ger favourite foods?

If she has not improved I would give your vet a ring and perhaps they can give something to stimulate her appetite.
