Here is one site I found.
Bo is like that too - he's my oldest cat and has been 'flashed' more than once. I have umpteen pictures of him with closed eyes.
I like shooting my cat pictures in my front room. It faces west and has huge windows so I can use the natural light. My cats are indoors only, so I can't do them outdoors - I'm afraid I'd never get their attention outside, either.
So I wait until a nice bright day - I don't like the sun coming directly in the windows because that creates too many shadows. Then make sure the cat is comfy and not too playful. I grab a wand or something so they have something to look at and don't just end up taking a bath.
I use a digital camera and take a bunch of pictures at a time, then I have a better chance of getting at least a couple good ones. Patience is the key.
