Yep, here's my current black dog. His name is Ripley and he's been here since January 16th. He was found by me at a shelter where he was listed as "a stray." My gain and someone else's loss! He is quite a character and a little sweetie pie.



I had the pleasure of living with a black standard poodle named Whitney from 1987 to 1996. She was a sweetheart. This was before the days of digital cameras, etc. so unfortunately I only have snapshots and don't have a scanner. She went to the Rainbow Bridge unexpectedly one day while we were at work, presumably from a heart attack. She was one VERY SPECIAL doggie!! We all loved you very much and miss you Whitney!
