So, they’re not anonymous and they can prosecuted and we want people to understand that illegal activity can be prosecuted.

"While the RIAA can’t arrest anyone itself, it can take them to court. In fact, just last month the RIAA sued four college students for $150,000 over copyright infringement.
Michael O’Leary is the man who could arrest a pirate. He prosecutes computer crimes for the Justice Department. O’Leary says unauthorized downloading of music is a felony under the NET act of 1997..."
