Hehe! I've known that for years! They sell them at the Petco and Petsmarts in our area. They even sell bird diapers.

I thought of getting one several times, but some people on the cockatiel board that I'm on have it. Some of them said their birds love it. Others don't want to have anything to do with it. I think its becoming popular because so many people like to take their birds outside. I just don't know if my birds would like having something like that on them. Hmmmm..............
