I saw this on Inside Edition. They showed videos of the dog. She is SOOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!

Inside Edition said the woman had a fence and the dog jumped over it and ran right into the street. The owner said the police officer said he "didn't have time" to take the dog to the vet
