Ladd, seeing your pictures and reading all about you today has brought back so many fond memories for me!

I grew up with a collie that looked identical to you, AND had the same wonderful disposition. I was just a baby whilst she was a pup, and through the years she was extremely tolerant, patient and forgiving. She lived for well over 10 years, and she chose the area behind my chair at the dining table as her final resting place. My Mom told me it was her way of saying she loved me especially.

Thank you for reminding me (not that I could ever forget, but mind you this was a l-o-n-g time ago )of her unwavering devotion, dear Ladd, and I am so pleased that you have been chosen to be our most exceptional and deserving Dog Of The Day. Congratulations!!
