As several people have asked me, I just wanted to say that Nebo *is* neutered....he has been since he was 4 months old...I know it does not appear that he is in the photo.

He has those strange brown spots right there...he's had them since he was a puppy, and somehow with his legs like that the spots really make him look intact, but he is not!
