Well, we are back home from the white coats. The very nice vet went through each and every xray with me, showing me the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have a good visual idea of what the problem is...too much bone in the mouth. The teeth- big and little- are largely there. They are just surrounded with gum tissue- lots and lots, bone???, and cysts. The xrays were all packed up to go to Mississippi, where the vet likes to have them reviewed.

We have our next appointment on 4-24, Thursday, 740 am! This is with the specialist, and the BIG specialist. In addition, my local specialist is sending the xrays via email to some of his buddies to see what they think. Guys, it is just so strange.

The good news- Binx was extra excited to see me...made me feel good, since we have only been a family for one week. What a way to celebrate, Mr. Binx spends all day at the white coats. We are relaxing this evening, with all the windows and doors open, lots of fresh air. Binx was sleeping on the little porch til I woke him to tell him his second 1/2 cup dinner was ready. I will feed him twice more, prolly, then back to normal rations tomorrow! Hungry little fella that he is.

I appreciate all the warm thoughts and prayers. We need them. Holding my breath until next Thursday!!!
