When he starts biting you then hold his muzzle and say "Bad Dog!" sternly then put him in his crate or kennel.

I would not suggest doing this! This will only teach the dog that a crate is a bad place to be. you may need a crate to use as atrainging tool or to use when traveling. I would never use a crate in this context. Here is an article on crate training:
