I don't think we can call any breed of dog bad. Also, this dog was not a "yellow lab." As you said, this was a lab mix. But really, that is irrelevant. It's all been said here before. Breeding and a multitude of enviormental and socialization issues factor into the reasons why a dog may or may not become aggressive. All dogs need to be approached initially with caution, and always with respect. I know we all respect one another for the dog lovers (of ALL dogs) that we all are.
