put an ad in the local newspaper & make sure u put a pic with it aswell.. I'm sure u'll get some good money for it & if u have left overs, save it for the next dog & if people don't trust u, tell them to donate it to the vet he'll be going to for the dogs shots & stuff.. see if ur vet will open a special account for u & keep all the extra donations for future dogs in need.

If the vet says no, then see if the shelter will do it
