I think you look good either way, Icey! I know that the long hair is pretty high maintenance - I used to have long straight hair when I was young, but it was fairly thin. If I had long, thick hair, I would have had to take a long time to dry it! Now I have chin-to-shoulder length medium brown hair (depending on how long ago I got a trim ), straight as a stick but I curve it under with a round brush at the ends, and I have goofy little bangs at the front - I would like to grow them out, but my daughter says I have a "melon-head" forehead that should stay hidden!
