Kelly, I am so sorry the diagnosis was that you have Crohns. Now you do know what you are up against I hope that, given time, you will find some ways to deal with it. I think you will find lots of help medicine and treatment-wise from the doctors and medical staff, and spiritual help too from lots of sources, not least from all your many friends here.
