SOOOOO MUCH FUNNNNN!!!! And, really, the cold didn't bother me much. My feet got kinda cold standing in the mud! Poor Molly without her gloves! And, displaced Ohioians...how quickly you get thin skinned..![]()
What a muddy mess I was. I got home, parked Mom's car in the garage..yeesh, what a tight fit with a SUV (Yeah, Anna, I thanked her for you!!) I de robed in the basement, put the coat and the jeans right into the washer!!! So many doggie paws, all done with love, I know it.
To give some more detail. I picked up Anna, and the foster Trader (what a sweet, sweet, boy), Huney, and Roxxie. Angus had to stay home with Mark..We were followed by Jennifer, Anna's friend from dog obedience school, and her two huskies, and went in search of Molly and Mike. We missed each other at the turn, and met up at the park. What a totally beautiful park!! Anna was mudded by a paw in the face (no injuries
), within one minute. So many pups, enough to go around. All friendly, some big (hello Danes), some not so big, hello Huney, but ALL beautiful, and very well behaved. It was quite a sight to see them all run and play so beautifully.
The food was tremendous! And, like most gatherings, enough to go around several times. The company, the friends, the conversation....I can only say that I would have driven twice the distance to do it! I hope Memorial day works out, and with the weekend being what it is...I think early booking is in order.
