Yes, but spaying can prevent cancer from happening if those parts are not even there for cancer to form in.If the reproductive organ is not there, they will not get cancer there. Period. I never said that spaying/neutering would prevent cancer from occuring in *other* parts of the body.See...I said the same thing every time.I never said that it "caused" cancer...just that not having it there would "prevent" it from happening in that particular organ. I may be wrong, but I thought cancer of the reproductive organs was fairly common.![]()
