No no no!This breeder is one of the most responsible ones around! She treats her dogs great. But she has 16 of them and her job is a breeder. You can't expect her to keep them all. She usually gives them to people she knows who want one. She would never just dump it anywhere. If no one takes it, I guess she keeps it. It is not about money for all of them you know
Anyway, Jasmine got adopted.
