I'm actually looking into the new medication K9 Advantix for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. We are now West Nile Territory here in North Texas, so we're taking all precautions this year!
I know you can't help but feel guilty about not using a tick preventative, but hindsight is 20/20, so don't beat yourself up over it.
