We are back from our fun trip, had a wonderful breakfast, had fun playing the slots, actually I won two five dollar ones, yaaaa, Don did pretty good too, but I think we left more than we came home with.
Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes, sometimes I just ramble on, I write more than I talk. I'm not a very good talker but a good listener.
Kobieeli a belated Happy Birthday, Logan an early Happy Birthday to you and Hercules I am very honored to share a birthday with you.
DixieLand Dancer I can relate to all of that and lots more. Angel it would be a pleasure to sit down and talk to you. Albea I think Karen and Paul did put Reggie on as a birthday present.
Freckles I was President of a Company called In-fra-red of San Diego, Inc. We manufactured sandwiches here in our plant for distribution to the military, forest firefighters, schools, organizations bars, etc we also had frozen sandwiches in the markets. At the time we had in-fra-red ovens which we would loan to each customer. Of course those were replaced by microwave ovens. The Chairman of the Board and myself decided to sell the company, thus I retired.
Thanks for the nice message Sandra, my fellow New Englander, you were the first to welcome me to PetTalk. You know the old saying " You can take the Yankee out of New England, but you can't take New England out of the Yankee" I told you all I write much more than I talk. Sorry about that.
By the way, guess what I got for my birthday?
A spanking brand new Hewlett Packard Deskjet printer. It makes wonderful copies of photos.
Geeze there just is not enough time in the day for me anymore I tell my daughter at the end of the day I'm tired and she says why are you so tired, you both are retired and don't do much. I got news for her.
I wrote another book, sorry
Jackie
