My budgy doesnt bite but he isnt getting the idea of being tame ither he is a wild bird i guess. He flys in a panice like im gunna kill him when only I just am sitting there.

My cheeko wont let me touch his beak because he'll just bite me. When I try to close his beak and say no he freaks out and bites and hisses like a phyco path, I am begining to think they are both untameable.
