Not all torties are female. Once in a great while, a male tortie will pop up. I rescued a tortie kitten about 2 years ago. I named her Hannah Mae. The vet told me to change the name cuz it was a male I ended up naming him Eli (no, not MY Eli). He got adopted and has a wonderful home with lots of fur friends.
