Sort of.
They go into estrus ("in heat") which can be compared to that. I know sometimes female pups bleed a bit but nothing like what Ash is talking about. (I don't remember my cats or my Sophie ever bleeding when they went into heat.)
If Jilly is going into heat, there should be other signs as well... nesting, CRANKINESS (yes, female bunnies can get PMS! lol), and a few others.
