Oh, Aly, I'm so sorry you had to go through such torment. Sometimes it takes a while for animals to sort things out between themselves. Lolly sounds as if she is receptive to correction, so it may not be the same as it was with Harley, where it just got worse and worse. Also Lolly is still "shell shocked" for lack of a better word from all she has been through. That may explain her attitude toward Shiloh. The more comfortable she gets with you, she may not feel the need to be so possessive.

Maybe you can't compare a dog-cat situation to a dog-dog. But it took Tucker a good length of time not to get into fights with Hannah over toys. I think it was a matter of realizing that there would be plenty of love and food and toys for him and he didn't have to fight for them. In the end he learned to look to Hannah for love as well.
