*smiles* You're right, Lynne. She's probably running amuck (wonder where she got that from *polishes halo*) but I bet they're not running in search of food. That darn Miz Sophie is probably chasing them (as she was known to do w/ Sara and Tinker)! lolOriginally posted by lynnestankard
dogs and cats running round
{{Thanks guys.}} Ya know, out of all the animals I've lost I think her passing has been the worst on me. I thought I was finished with the grief stages and then *wham* they hit me again. I wonder if it's because of the holiday (I keep remember last year's "Hug Your Bunny Day" -- where Soph and I were "boy cotton" V-day.)
It helps having another bun, albeit she doesn't cuddle like Soph did. But Piper's Piper. She's young, not spayed (oh boy are we countin' down till spay day!! It won't come soon enough!!), and sadly, I'm wondering if she wasn't abused in her previous home. She shies from human touch -- doesn't even like nose/ear/neck skritches. She plays--binkies like crazy--and she's curious about humans but she flinches when you touch her. It's going to take quite awhile to establish a bond. (altho I did get my first Piper-bunny kiss the other day!) But I'm glad she's here -- couldn't ask for a more unique little girl! Just wish I could have my Sophie too...
Thanks for listening to me ramble. You guys are the best!
