There are a couple of ways to answer your question so I hope I understand you correctly.

   You do not see them because Karen and I have not made them. The software allows us to add icons for everyone to use but we have not created them. So far everyone here has created their own image (or asked a friend for help).

   If you wish to have an avatar you should choose an image that is no larger than 60 by 60 pixels in size and in jpeg (.jpg) or .gif format.
