Lexie, so what's going to happen to Emmy when you move?? Is her life going to be in danger again? Is your grandmother going to keep her permanently? I'm sorry, but it just seems that your animals are almost disposable to you. Emmy does NOT deserve to be shoved from place to place with no human interaction, and from what I can gather from your posts that's exactly what seems to be happening.
