Maggie does not like the groomer, so I have to do it myself. It made me very angry about 6 years ago when they charged extra money because she wiggled too much. She is pretty patient when I groom her and the most she will do is try to walk away. I had to wonder if they were treating her very well. She has not been to the groomer since then and all haircuts are on the living room floor. She does best with scissors cut, the clipper keeps catching on her very thick curly fur. The haircut is not perfect, but she is much happier than the stress of being told she is bad for wiggling! Her idea of a beauty treatment is to roll in the mud in the backyard. I told her that is a sure way to get a bath!
