I'll bet Ananda hears everything that happens within a four-block radius of wherever he happens to be. Look at those ears!

My admiration goes out not only to the wonderful Ananda but to the grand lady who had the patience to take in the son of wild cat, wild and shy himself, and aculturate him to a home that he at first feared but in which he was safe.

As far as the baths - I will forward this to my daughter in Fairbanks who has asthma but who refuses to live without a cat. Of course, there is no running water in her little cabin, so I don't think she will be giving poor Slick - also a rescue cat - a weekly bath.

We will be visiting family in Arizona very soon. We will keep our eyes open for Ananda.
