Awww, you guys! You got me all choked up at work! I'm about to go home for the day and had to check one last time (since my computer at home is defunct) and it's so sweet, what everyone said about my little baby girl!
I keep looking at the picture and remembering that tiny homeless puppy we brought home last summer *sigh*... Puppy days are so fleeting!
Pup's hips are doing great right now - she still runs and plays - only she is usually sore and tired alot sooner than a 1 1/2 year old dog should be. We are holding off on the surgery until she REALLY needs it (since it is a major procedure, and we don't want her to go through it until absolutely necessary) - we guess she'll need it before she's 5, though.
She is doing great in obediance class - halfway though! We are hoping that, as she becomes more respectful of us, she will grow out of some of her dominance issues.
I'm going home now, but I'll stop at the store on the way home, to pick up some special DOTD treats!

Thanks, Karen and Paul, for this honor!
