I so enjoyed reading your heartwarming backstory, Maxie! But to be honest, the photo your human included with her tribute had me laughing out loud, worth the price of admission! You truly are the ultimate poser!

How lucky your human is, having been so unexpectedly blessed with a fur baby as beautiful, as well mannered, hehe, as sweet and loving as you, Maxie! And how telling, that out of the entire litter, the one kitten most reluctant (at first!) to approach; the one running in circles; the one who would end up being the one! When it comes to choosing a furever home, a furever family, you sure know how to pick 'em, Maxie! But luckiest of is your family, having been chosen by you to theirs! Inside and out you're purrfection on 4 paws, just as special as can be, simply the best!

Endless thanks to your human mom for caring for your fur mom and litter mates in your time of need, feeding you and finding homes for all, even realizing your fur mom already had a home of her own! And the rest is happy history!

She is perfect and we adore her. All of our lives are better because of her deciding to share her life with us.

I smiled as I read about how you found your forever home! Your people cared for your cat-mom and litter mates, and you were shy. After your litter mates had gone to forever homes, you decided to stay right there! PURR-fect!
