Dearest Cody, what a gorgeous Golden Retriever you are! You're so handsome in that great photo, taken ten years ago, and I have no doubt you are just as handsome now. And what a story you have to tell! You are a hero; you saved your dear Dad's life from being bitten by a copperhead snake and took the bite for him while you all were hiking. They were able to get you to a vet right away, and I'm so very glad and grateful that you made a full recovery.

You have the sweetest personality, too! You love having your soft coat brushed, and you're so proud and handsome afterwards. You love attention and affection, and you think everyone is your new potential good friend. You and your dear people all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
