I'm sorry, I forgot to update after seeing the oncologist. The two lesions on the left are too small to biopsy at this time. I will be having another ultrasound in 6 months (January) to have another look at what they might be doing or not doing. So for now all is well, aside from the Tamoxifen side effects.

I'll be participating in my second CIBC Run for the Cure on October 6th.

Tonight I start the Mindfulness Based Cancer Recovery Program.

The kitties and I have settled in our new home.

Dear Gayle, I'm glad to hear that things are going well (aside from the Tamoxifen side effects).

Best wishes with the Mindfulness-Based program and the run! You will do just great with both.

We're sending you more good wishes and hugs and purrrs.

I just wanted to circle back and let you know that I've had my follow up with the oncologist this week. I have no new lumps or bumps. The mammogram/ultrasound came back with no changes from previous. The lesions on the left are deemed benign! The tumor bed on the right is empty! For now, I'm winning the battle.

I'll be on Tamoxifen until December and then the want to switch me to Anastrozole for the next 3 years.

Cali is well, taking her meds for her hyperthyroidism. Diego just saw the vet and his blood work came back great! For 12 year olds they are doing really well.

I want to thank you all for your support thru my cancer journey.
