What a gorgeous Great Dane girl you are, Katie, a far cry from that abused, emaciated girl your forever family first laid eyes on! What a transformation! I'm so, so happy to hear you're finally in the loving care of a truly committed forever family, living the happy, carefree life you so richly deserve! You even have an assortment of adorable kitty sibs to pal around with...sort of! Your entry into the pack may have caused a bit of pandemonium at the start, but that photo of you and all of the kitties napping tells us all we need to know! What a diamond in the rough your family was blessed with, the day they chose rescue, the day YOU chose THEM! You surely did prove those shelter workers wrong, didn't you sweetheart?

They tolerate her, but our cat Blueberry will actually come up and say a friendly hello to her and Katie doesn't mind ... and this is from a dog assumed to be "no good with cats." Sometimes I think what you hear from the shelter people should not be completely believed. She's a good dog and she turned out to be a better one than the shelter people expected.
