    Well, that sounded like a fun bloody walk. The guy was not very tuned in now, was he. Sounds like a knob. I'm not sure it was a great plan to walk both dogs, holding a wee kids hand however. Going for a stroll is obviously chock full of many variables now, right. You just never know who is going to come strolling past. I think the yellow ribbon is a swell idea. I am not quite sure anyone will know what it means though. I wouldn't, unless I just read this. It may take a while for dog owners to clue in on what the ribbon means, if in fact they even notice it AT ALL. Some peeps are completely oblivious and are wearing headphones whilst learning to speak another language. My point is.... unless someone knows what a little yellow ribbon means....rather pointless. Face it, some people don't even pick up their own dogs excrement.

    ive seen dogs wearing harnesses that very clearly read "SERVICE DOG IN TRAINING. PLEASE IGNORE ME" an yet people still were all over the dog
