Dearest Lemon, what an utterly adorable American Crested Guinea Pig you are! You are so pretty with that soft-looking fur (complete with dark crest) and that sweet face with the lovely dark eyes. You have the most delightful personality, too. You've been with your dear person for four and a half years now, and you two have formed a deep bond. You have a very laid-back nature, and you've learned to respond to yes-or-no questions. Another piggy, Pumpkin, joined the family in October, and you and he don't get along all that well, so you have separate cages. You just turned five (or 90 in guinea pig years) on January 11, so a belated Happy Birthday to you! You and your dear person (and Pumpkin, too, we bet) love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Lemon, on being chosen today's Pet of the Day! We hope you and your dear person and Pumpkin and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, maybe some special carrots and a leaf of lettuce!
