    It's not really that expensive. A letter from Germany to the US is roughly $1.80.
    A letter from here to Germany is $1.15.
    So I join Lut: Send out those cards!

    I used to be part of the Christmas card swap, but the price has gone up considerably since then, and I refuse to pay $4.10 to send a card weighing less than 50 grams.

    Hey Randi - if you want, you could put all your US cards in one big envelope and send them to me, and I could then mail them out for you here for just .50 apiece!

    I have my cards ready to fill out. My mom is moving to long-term care on Monday and I'll be really tied up for the next few days. My cards may be a bit late but no less heartfelt.
