Hello, Idgie up on Ontario! Happy Cat of the Day!

What a gorgeous lady you are! Your fur looks so fluffy and soft! You were a darling small kitty, and you are a very beautiful grown-up kitty! I hope your person will give you some extra pats and lovies for me today.

You had a very difficult start in life, out by yourself in the cold. Your person agreed to take care of you while you were under doctor's care. You stayed under the bed for quite awhile, but your person was very patient. Then one day your person had a very bad migraine - and you did exactly what was necessary ! Shortly after that, you decided that everything was A-Okay! You like dried fish, being sung to, napping, and dried fish! From your picture I am guessing you like having the sunshine on your fur and a nibble of kitty grass too PURR-fect! You rescued each other, and as my friend Phesina has said, what a love-filled home you share!

Happy, happy Cat of the Day to beautiful Idgie!

    Idgie the Beautiful

Great story. I love how cats always seem to understand when we are feeling miserable and come to the rescue with purrs. They say cats purr sometimes to comfort themselves and I think that's why it works so well to comfort their humans too. Thanks for telling us about Idgie.
