Hi CC! Happy Cat of the Day, sweetheart!

Oh my! That is one proud Papa talking! hehe I was close to (happy) tears, reading your Daddy's love filled tribute, seeing your heart-melting photos! You sure took the long way home, CC, spending far, far too long languishing in that shelter; suffering more than your fair share of sadness, including having lost your former human. But finally you've landed in the bestest furever home imaginable, in the loving arms of a furever family, a Daddy who will love and cherish you forever and always, a God Mother who will care for should anything happen to your Daddy! And oh boy, aren't you one pampered puss, and deservedly so!

He has a wonderful house with big picture windows for me to do my bird watching. I also have a screened in porch to play with my chipmunk and duck friends through the door. I get to sleep in many different sun spots when I want.

What a wonderful Christmas blessing your Daddy was gifted, that happy day he chose you to be a part of the family! To say you and your Dad make for one heavenly match would be an understatement! How lucky your Daddy is, having a beautiful, loyal and loving furry family member, a best friend for life in you, CC! You truly are a treasure, just as special as can be, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Thanks for ending my day with a BIG smile, sweetheart! Meeting you this evening, reading your Dad's loving tribute and seeing your heart-melting photos, has been a real treat! I hope you're enjoying a very special Cat of the Day celebration...nesting in boxes and munching on kitty treats and cheese; watching the birdies from your sunny window seat, the ducks and chipmunks from your screened in porch; chasing feathers and string and rumpling those rugs; cuddling with your Daddy, being loved and pampered to pieces!
